Section 55-9-3 - Applicability of debt limitations to bond issues

The bonds authorized to be issued by a county or municipality pursuant to Section 55-9-1 shall not be in excess of the respective debt limits as now or hereafter provided by the laws of the State of Mississippi.Codes, 1942, § 5976; Laws, 1940, ch. 271.
