Section 57-1-781 - Short title; Forestry Facility Grant Program authorized

This section and Section 57-1-783 shall be known and may be cited as the 'Forestry Facility Grant Program.' The Forestry Facility Grant Program will authorize the Mississippi Development Authority, through appropriations by the Legislature, to make grants available to designated forestry facility projects that lead to the expansion of Mississippi's forestry products industry.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 332, SB 2525,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2023.
