The Mississippi Development Authority shall prepare and file a quarterly report with the Secretary of State regarding the net economic impact on the state as a result of incentives or other forms of assistance authorized under Sections 1 through 37 of Chapter 1, Laws of 2005, Third Extraordinary Session, the number of enterprises benefited and the number of jobs created. Each report shall estimate the number of jobs created or retained at each enterprise or business as a result of the incentives or other forms of assistance authorized under Sections 1 through 37 of Chapter 1, Laws of 2005, Third Extraordinary Session.Laws, 2005, 3rd Ex Sess, ch. 1, § 59, eff. 7/1/2005.
