The bonds issued under Section 57-1-75 shall be issued and signed in the manner provided for the issuance of bonds by municipalities by Sections 57-1-1 through 57-1-51, and shall pledge the full faith and credit of the entire municipal separate school district for which said bonds are issued, including the municipality and the territory outside such municipality lying in adjoining supervisors districts of adjacent counties.Codes, 1942, § 8936-31; Laws, 1950, ch. 520, §§ 1-7.
