The corporation, within one hundred twenty (120) days of the close of each fiscal year, shall submit an annual report of its activities in regard to Sections 57-10-401 through 57-10-445 for the preceding year to the Governor. The Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate each shall receive a copy of the report by making a request for it to the corporation.
