Section 57-10-507 - Mississippi Small Business Assistance Program established; purpose

There is hereby established, under the direction of DECD, a program to be known as the Mississippi Small Business Assistance Program for the purpose of making grants to the planning and development districts and qualified entities for their use in providing assistance to small businesses in accordance with this article for the purpose of creating and retaining jobs and small business development.Laws, 1993, ch. 566, § 4, eff. 4/19/1993.
