No assistance shall be provided to a small business under this article unless the small business certifies to the planning and development district or qualified entity, in a form satisfactory to DECD, that it will not discriminate against any employee or against any applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, national origin, sex or age.Laws, 1993, ch. 566, § 10, eff. 4/19/1993.
