Member agencies and institutions which are included in the Small Business Consortium are as follows:(a) Department of Economic Development;(b) Governor's Office of Federal-State Programs;(c) All state-supported universities; and(d) All public junior colleges.Other agencies or institutions serving small business may be added or deleted from the consortium by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the consortium board.Laws, 1983, ch. 434, § 4; Laws, 1988, ch. 518, § 47, eff. 7/1/1988.
