Section 57-10-253 - Expenses

All expenses incurred by the company in carrying out the provisions of this article shall be payable solely from funds provided under this article, and nothing in this article shall be construed to authorize the company to incur indebtedness or liability on behalf of or payable by the state or any other political subdivision thereof.Laws, 1985, ch. 450, § 27, eff. 7/1/1985.
