The authority and the Department of Revenue shall promulgate rules and regulations, in accordance with the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law, Section 25-43-1.101 et seq. and all application forms and other forms necessary to implement their respective duties and responsibilities under the provisions of this chapter.Added by Laws, 2022, ch. 462, SB 2159,§ 10, eff. 7/1/2022.
