The three (3) members of the board appointed or designated to represent the State of Mississippi shall receive a per diem compensation as provided in Section 25-3-69 for each day or fraction thereof occupied with the discharge of official duties, and shall be entitled to reimbursement for all actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties, including mileage, as provided in Section 25-3-41.
