Section 57-31-11 - Negotiability of bonds and interest coupons; exemption from taxation of bonds

All revenue bonds and interest coupons issued under the provisions of this chapter shall have and are hereby declared to have all the qualities and incidents of negotiable instruments under the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Mississippi. Such bonds and the income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation within the State of Mississippi. Laws, 1974, ch. 504, § 6, eff. 4/2/1974.
