Section 57-32-17 - Transfer to council of assets, funds and personalty of Southeast Mississippi Industrial Development Council

After the creation of the Southeast Mississippi Industrial Council, the Southeast Mississippi Industrial Development Council is hereby authorized to transfer to the Southeast Mississippi Industrial Council any of its assets, funds and personal property.Laws, 1976, ch. 432, § 9, eff. 5/6/1972.
