The Mississippi Board of Economic Development is authorized and empowered to adopt and put into effect all reasonable rules and regulations that it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter not inconsistent therewith, including, but not limited to, eligible costs of a project and the financing thereof.Laws, 1981, ch. 463, § 9, eff. 7/1/1981.
