The departments, agencies and officers of the state and its subdivisions are hereby authorized to cooperate with the Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission in the furtherance of any of its activities pursuant to the compact.Laws, 1982, ch. 463, § 5, eff. 4/20/1982.
