The board shall promote and coordinate educational programs which provide information on the nature of high-level radioactive waste and transuranic waste, the long-term or temporary storage and/or permanent disposal of these wastes, the activities of the board, the council and the committee, the activities of the federal Department of Energy and other federal agencies related to the long-term or temporary storage and/or permanent disposal of high-level radioactive waste and transuranic waste.Laws, 1982, ch. 474, § 9, eff. 4/21/1982.
