Section 57-49-33 - Agreements and summaries of local hearings to be submitted to Governor

The board shall submit any written agreement or modification or technical revision to an agreement negotiated under Section 57-49-29, and approved by the board and approved by the federal Department of Energy or other federal agency, to the governor, through the council. The board shall submit with the agreement, modification or technical revision a written summary of the hearings held under Section 57-49-29.Laws, 1982, ch. 474, § 17, eff. 4/21/1982.
