The board shall attempt to finance all of its expenses from monies received from the federal Department of Energy and other federal agencies and from gifts and grants received from other persons. Expenses of the council and committee members to attend meetings shall be reimbursed by the board from these funds at the rates set forth in Sections 57-49-7 and 57-49-11.Laws, 1982, ch. 474, § 20, eff. 4/21/1982.
