Section 57-5-1 - Declaration of public policy

It is hereby declared that the state public welfare demands and the state public policy requires legislation to encourage the establishment of standard industrial parks or districts by various subdivisions of the state in order to further stimulate the industrial development of the state.Codes, 1942, § 8940-01; Laws, 1960, ch. 386, § 1, eff. 7/1/1960.
