No loan shall be made to a municipality under this chapter unless the municipality certifies to the department, in a form satisfactory to the department, that it shall not discriminate against any employee or against any applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, national origin, sex or age.Laws, 1986, ch. 419, § 10, eff. 3/31/1986.
