Section 57-63-37 - Completion date for first annual SDAP; date for presentation of SDAP to Legislature; dates for presentation of preliminary reports to Legislature

The first annual economic development plan shall be completed no later than December 1, 1988. The Department of Economic Development with assistance of the University Research Center shall present the first annual plan to the Governor, the joint Legislative Budget Committee and to the Legislature by January 1989. A preliminary report on the status of the plan shall be made to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee in November 1987 and in July 1988.Laws, 1987, ch. 484, § 19; Laws, 1988, ch. 518, § 86, eff. 7/1/1988.
