No loan shall be made to a private company under this act unless the private company certifies to the Certified Development Company of Mississippi, Inc., in a form satisfactory to the company, that it will not discriminate against any employee or against any applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, national origin, sex or age.Laws, 1988, ch. 580, § 10, eff. 5/21/1988.
