(1) There is hereby created a special fund in the State Treasury to be known as the Mississippi Small Enterprise Development Finance Fund out of which the Certified Development Company of Mississippi, Inc., shall provide loans authorized by this act. All monies received by the company to carry out the purposes of this act by issuance of bonds shall be deposited into the Mississippi Small Enterprise Development Finance Fund or funds. Expenditures authorized from the fund shall be paid by the State Treasurer upon warrants drawn on the Mississippi Small Enterprise Development Finance Fund, and the State Fiscal Management Board shall issue warrants upon requisitions signed by the director.(2) Any monies repaid to the state from loans funded through the Mississippi Small Enterprise Development Finance Fund shall be deposited into the Mississippi Small Enterprise Development Finance Sinking Fund, which is hereby created in the State Treasury.Laws, 1988, ch. 580, § 11; Laws, 1992, ch. 548 § 9, eff. 5/14/1992.
