Any sale, lease or other disposition made under Sections 59-1-13 through 59-1-25 shall except all oil, gas and other minerals, except sand, clay and gravel on, in and under the land, and shall reserve to the owner thereof the right to develop and produce same in such manner as will not injure or endanger the improvements of the lessee or grantee placed on the land after the execution of such lease, conveyance or other disposition.Codes, 1942, § 7549.7-06; Laws, 1950, ch. 450, § 6.
