Section 59-1-31 - Appropriation of funds for use of port commission by county governing authorities

The board of supervisors of a county having a port of entry as herein defined is hereby authorized and empowered in its discretion to appropriate money for the use and benefit of the port to be expended under the direction of the port commissioners with the approval of said board of supervisors.Codes, 1930, § 4857; 1942, § 7554.
