Section 59-1-35 - Affiliation with rivers and harbors association by cities and other political subdivisions or agencies

All city, county, district and state ports, harbors and waterway systems and any other agency, department or political subdivision, including municipalities and boards of supervisors, may, in their discretion, become affiliated with, support and pay dues to the rivers and harbors association of Mississippi.Codes, 1942, § 7557.6; Laws, 1970, ch. 411, § 1, eff. 3/26/1970.
