Section 59-17-3 - Declaration of public policy

It is hereby declared to be the public policy of the state to aid the industrial development and economy of the state through the acquisition, promotion, development, improvement and expansion of inland ports and attendant industrial sites.Codes, 1942, § 7623-02; Laws, 1968, ch. 430, § 2, eff. 8/8/1968.
