Except as otherwise authorized in Section 7-5-39, the Attorney General of the State of Mississippi shall represent the State Bond Commission in issuing, selling and validating bonds herein provided for, and the board is hereby authorized and empowered to expend any sum not exceeding Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) from the proceeds derived from the sale of any one (1) series of bonds authorized hereunder to pay for the cost of the approving attorney's fees, validating, printing and cost of delivery of bonds authorized under this chapter.Codes, 1942, § 7623-27; Laws, 1968, ch. 430, § 27; Laws, 2012, ch. 546, § 28, eff. 7/1/2012.
