Section 59-21-163 - Effect of Sections 59-21-157 through 59-21-161 on other causes of action

The provisions of Sections 59-21-157 through 59-21-161 shall not be construed to limit any cause of action heretofore maintainable at common law, maritime law or in admiralty, but shall be cumulative and supplemental thereto.Codes, 1942, § 8496-27; Laws, 1960, ch. 165, § 27, eff. 4/14/1960.
