Section 59-25-17 - Authority of department to adopt rules and regulations, prescribe forms, and carry out investigations

(1) The department shall adopt the necessary rules and regulations to implement this chapter.(2) The department shall prescribe and provide suitable forms of applications, certificates of title, notices of security interests and all other notices and forms necessary to carry out this chapter.(3) The department may make necessary investigations to procure information required to carry out this chapter.
