Section 59-3-3 - Issuance of bonds authorized

The corporate authorities referred to in Section 59-3-1 are authorized to issue bonds or other obligations of the municipality for any or all of the purposes enumerated and authorized under Section 59-3-1. The conditions of the sale of said bonds shall be fixed by the said corporate authorities.Codes, 1942, § 7559; Laws, 1931, ch. 11.
