The books and accounts of all state port authorities shall be audited at the end of each fiscal year by the state auditor. A copy of the audit shall be filed with the governor, the state auditor, the state fiscal management board, legislative budget office and the Mississippi Board of Economic Development, and a copy shall be kept on file in the office of the particular state port authority so audited.Codes, 1942, § 7564-32; Laws, 1970, ch. 304, § 1; Laws, 1984, ch. 488, § 251, eff. 7/1/1984.
