The board of supervisors of any county issuing bonds under the provisions of this article shall sell such bonds on sealed bids at not less than par plus accrued interest to date of delivery of the bonds to the purchaser, and in the manner provided in Section 31-19-25, Mississippi Code of 1972.Codes, 1942, § 7576-55; Laws, 1970, ch. 407, § 5, eff. 4/1/1970.
