Section 59-7-123 - Transfer of proceeds of bond issue to port bonds interest and sinking fund

Whenever a balance shall remain in the proceeds of any bond issue after the purpose for which such bonds were issued shall have been accomplished, such balance shall forthwith be transferred to the port bonds interest and sinking fund hereinabove provided for.Codes, 1942, § 7576-11; Laws, 1954, Ex.
