Attorney's fees for the issuance of any general obligation bonds authorized by the provisions of this chapter shall not exceed for each issue the following schedule:(1) Up to and including one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), one per cent (1%).(2) Above one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and up to and including two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one half of one per cent (1/2 of 1%).(3) Above two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one fourth of one per cent (1/4 of 1%).Codes, 1942, § 7605-14; Laws, 1956, ch. 199, § 14; Laws, 1958, ch. 226, § 8; Laws, 1962, ch. 395, § 1, eff. 5/26/1962.
