Nothing in this chapter shall preempt the exclusive sovereignty of airspace of the United States as set forth in federal law. Any interpretation or application of any provision of this chapter that contradicts the exclusive authority of the United States government to regulate the operation of uncrewed aircraft and uncrewed aircraft systems in the airspace of the United States shall be null.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 306, SB 2146,§ 6, eff. 7/1/2023.
