Section 61-3-33 - Conclusiveness of authority's classification of project and period of usefulness

The determination of the authority, in the resolution authorizing bonds, as to the classification of the project for which such bonds are authorized and as to the maximum period of usefulness, shall be conclusive in any action or proceeding involving the validity of such bonds.Codes, 1942, § 7545-40; Laws, 1958, ch. 230, § 10; Laws, 1969, Ex.
