A regional airport authority located outside of municipal boundaries and that is within two (2) or more judicial districts may, in its discretion, adopt a resolution declaring which judicial district shall govern the regional airport authority. Upon adoption of the resolution, the regional airport authority shall be governed by all laws, regulations, rules and ordinances applicable to the judicial district.Laws, 1992, ch. 464, § 3, eff. 5/5/1992.
