Section 61-5-29 - Appropriation of funds; taxation

The governing body of any municipality having power to appropriate and raise money, is hereby authorized to appropriate, and to raise by taxation or otherwise, sufficient moneys to carry out the provisions and purposes of the Municipal Airport Law.Codes, 1942, § 7545-09; Laws, 1958, ch. 513, § 9.
