Any person aggrieved by any municipal ordinance adopted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be entitled to an appeal to the circuit court of the county in which the principal office of the municipality is located in the manner provided for appeals from judgments or decisions of municipal authorities as set forth in Section 11-51-75, Mississippi Code of 1972.Codes, 1942, § 7545-73; Laws, 1964, ch. 495, § 3, eff. 5/22/1964.
