Section 63-1-11 - Promulgation of rules and regulations

The provisions of this article with reference to administration shall be under the supervision of the commissioner of public safety at Jackson, Mississippi, who, if not otherwise specifically authorized, is hereby empowered to make and promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this article.Codes, 1942, § 8099; Laws, 1938, ch. 143.
