(1) The Department of Public Safety shall, upon request of the board of supervisors, furnish a Driver Service Bureau public access computer at a location in each county seat to access the Driver Service Bureau website. The county shall furnish the Internet connectivity at the location for the Driver Service Bureau public access computer.(2) At each driver's license location in the state, there shall be location signs prominently displayed providing for required information for the various licenses, cards and other services.(3) On the Driver Services Bureau's website, there shall be tutorial videos linked to online procedures to help clearly illustrate how to use the website.(4) On the Driver Services Bureau's website, the 'Wait Anywhere Appointment,' or its equivalent or successor program, shall be made available to use for all driver's license locations in the state.Amended by Laws, 2023, ch. 517, HB 529,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Laws, 2020, ch. 477, HB 1371,§ 2, eff. 7/8/2020.Added by Laws, 2013, ch. 517, HB 1015, 3, eff. 7/1/2013.
