Section 63-1-63 - Permitting operation of vehicle by another person in violation of article

No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be driven upon any highway by any person who is not authorized under the provisions of this article or in violation of any of the provisions of this article.Codes, 1942, § 8112; Laws, 1938, ch. 143.
