Section 63-1-107 - Commissioner of public safety as "licensing authority;" duties of commissioner

As used in the compact, the term 'licensing authority' with reference to this state, shall mean the department of public safety. The commissioner of public safety shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of Articles III, IV and V of the compact.Codes, 1942, § 8125-03; Laws, 1962, ch. 514, § 3, eff. 7/1/1962.
