Section 63-1-113 - Applicability of Article IV of compact to certain offenses

Article IV of the compact, set forth in Section 63-1-103, shall apply to those offenses enumerated in subsection (1) of Section 63-1-51, and any suspension therefor shall be governed by the provisions of Section 63-1-53.Codes, 1942, § 8125-07; Laws, 1962, ch. 514, § 7, eff. 7/1/1962.
