Section 63-1-223 - Penalty for authorizing railroad crossing violations

Any employer who knowingly requires, allows, authorizes or permits a driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle in violation of Section 77-9-249 is subject to a penalty of not more than Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00). Laws, 2009, ch. 560, § 23, eff. 7/1/2009.
