Section 63-11-15 - Availability of information concerning test directed by law enforcement officer to accused or his attorney

Upon the written request of the person tested, or his attorney, full information concerning the test taken at the direction of the law enforcement officer shall be made available to him or to his attorney.Codes, 1942, § 8175-20; Laws, 1971, ch. 515, § 20, eff. 4/1/1972.
