Section 63-11-45 - Denial of insurance coverage on ground of refusal to submit to test or upon basis of test results

No coverage otherwise afforded under any policy of insurance shall be denied on the ground that any person has refused any test provided for by this chapter nor on the basis of the results of any such test.
