Section 63-17-115 - Unreasonable discrimination prohibited

A manufacturer or distributor of motor vehicles that directly or indirectly owns or operates a new motor vehicle dealership, in whole or in part, shall not unreasonably discriminate against any other motor vehicle dealer in the same line or make in any matter governed by the franchise agreement, including, but not limited to, the allocation or availability of:(a) Motor vehicles;(b) Other manufacturer or distributor products;(c) Promotional or advertising allowances;(d) The opportunity to perform warranty work; or(e) The implementation of dealer programs or benefits.
