Section 63-19-61 - Special examination fee to be paid by licensees who allow employees to work remotely

To offset the costs of supervision and administration, as provided in Section 63-19-59, a licensee that allows its employees to work from home or another remote location selected by the employee must pay a special examination fee. Such fee shall be in addition to the regular examination fee as provided for in Section 63-19-27. Licensees that do not allow remote work are not required to pay such special examination fee.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 413, HB 1030,§ 2, eff. 3/22/2023.
